Progress Continues on Williston Extended Stay Projects Opening of Two Value Place Hotels

WILLISTON, N.D. - (February 28, 2012) --Nakota Development Company's (NDC) much-anticipated construction project in North Dakota is on track.
 
The Value Place project is two 45,052 square foot extended stay hotels located in the Bakken Industrial Subdivision in Williston, N.D.  Value Place is the largest economy extended stay-lodging franchise in the United States
 
"Framing was accomplished quickly on both hotels with a large increase of manpower and favorable weather in January," said NDC President Don Nickell. "Roofing for both buildings has been completed. The interior insulation has been finished and the exterior siding and drywall is expected to commence in early March."
 
Value Place offers full kitchens and all the convenience of a hotel with all the essentials of a furnished apartment. Founded in 2002, Value Place is an economy extended stay lodging brand that features affordable weekly rates, rigorous cleanliness standards and secure temporary lodging with a commitment to the comfort, privacy and peace of mind of each guest.
 
Value Place has 175 locations open in 30 states. Since opening the first Value Place property in 2003, 50 franchise groups have committed to build over 300 properties by 2015.  
 
The anticipated opening date of the Value Place properties in Williston is scheduled for July.
